Meet the Brand
At House of Feliz, our little boutique in the historic center of Amsterdam, we proudly present a number of amazing clothing brands. We handpick our favorite pieces, curating a collection of both trendy and timeless clothing for women. Today, we’ll introduce you to one of our ever-present favorite labels, MKT Studio.
MKT Studio
Based in Paris, France, MKT Studio isn’t interested in fleeting fashion crazes and microtrends. Instead, it finds its inspiration in the timeless, the classic, the iconic, specifically the greats of music and film of the 70s, 80s and 90s. Naming Patti Smith, Debbie Harry, Mia Farrow, Janis Joplin, Courtney Love, Kate Moss and Alexa Chung as some of their prime inspirations, these influences are clearly reflected in MKT Studio’s approach to fashion design.
MKT Style
The MKT Studio style is feminine, but grungy; casual, but glamorous; timeless, but referencing fashion history. Perfect for lovers of the rockstar girlfriend aesthetic - but also accessible for fashion lovers looking to incorporate classic pieces into their existing wardrobe and combining their endlessly cool pieces with their own, creating a uniquely personal blend.
Our MKT Favorites
At House of Feliz, we select pieces from the brand’s collection carefully, in order to curate our boutique with precision. We especially love MKT Studio’s denim and usually carry at least two to three different models of their jeans in our shop year round. Other items we love are their graphic T-shirts, often with a rock edge.
