Use of personal data

 

By using our service, you leave certain information with us. It is possible there is personal data among this information. We only store and use personal data directly specified by you, in the context of the service you requested, or of which can be made clear, upon specification, that it has been provided to us for processing. We use the following data for the purposes mentioned in this privacy and cookie statement.

 

     NAWTE data

We require your name, address, place of residence, telephone number and email address

to deliver your order, or to contact you in regards to our services.

     Billing address

We require your billing address to be able to send you your invoices.

     IP address

We require your IP addresses to be able to apply an IP-ban if proven absolutely necessary. It is also used for profiling.

     Company name

We collect company names solely to be able to deliver to business customers, to be able to address you appropriately and assist with our service.

     BTW-number (VAT/tax number) and KvK-number (Chamber of Commerce number)

We require your VAT number and Chamber of Commerce number to be able to deliver to business customers.

     IBAN-data

We collect your IBAN data to be able to send the invoices. It is also necessary to complete your payment and thereby your order.

 

Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data about website visitors under 16 years of age, unless they have been given permission by a parent or guardian. However, we are not able to confirm with certainty whether a visitor is above the age of 16. We therefore recommend parents be involved in the online activities of their children, to prevent data concerning children from being collected without parental consent. If you believe that we have collected personal information about a minor, and have done so without permission, please contact us at info@felizshoes.nl. We will then delete all information concerning that minor.

 

Register

You must first register in order to access certain parts of our service. After registration, we save personal data that you have provided via your chosen username. We retain this data so that you do not have to fill it in again every time; so that we can contact you within the context of the execution of the agreement; for invoicing and payment; and to provide an overview of the products and services you have purchased from us.

 

We will never provide the data linked to your username to third parties, unless this is necessary in the context of the execution of the agreement you conclude with us or if this is legally required. For example, if we deliver your order to PostNL or GLS, they require your

name and address to deliver the package. We recommend that you also read the privacy statement of these companies. Your data will not be passed on to any country outside the EU, unless your package is to be delivered there. In the event of suspected fraud or misuse of our website, we may hand over your personal data to the appropriate authorities.

 

Processing order

When you place an order with us, we use your personal data to process this order. If necessary for proper handling of the order, we provide personal data to third parties, such as delivery companies.

 

Advertisement

In addition to the information on our website, we might inform you of our new products and services by email, via social media, by mail and through advertising on other websites.
