Return policy

1. FELIZ makes efforts to inform customers about its products via the website. However if a product does not meet your expectations, the product can be exchanged or returned.

2. Defects that are not caused by wear and tear can be repaired in consultation with us by a shoemaker of your choice. If repair is not possible, a suitable solution will be sought in consultation. No guarantee is given on shoes purchased from the outlet or (final) last chance sale. Wear and tear on soles and heels, bald toes (causing stitches to come loose) and/or broken zippers will not be reimbursed.

3. Within 14 days of receiving the order, the customer can inform us by e-mail: info@felizshoes.nl that she is returning the order. Actual physical return must also take place within this period. Kindly print, complete and attach the return form with each return shipment. The returns form can be found at the footer of the website.

4. The products registered for return must be sent to FELIZ within 3 working days after registration to:

FELIZ shoes & accessories, Herenstraat 21H, 1015BZ Amsterdam. We advise the customer to keep proof of shipment.

5. The returned item must be in its original pristine condition. This means: not damaged, unworn, so no scratches on the outsole or heel, with attached label or hangtag, undamaged shoebox and in the original packaging, including tissue paper. FELIZ reserves the right to credit partly of the amount if it is suspected that the products have already been used or have been damaged by the costumer.

6. The shipping costs for returns are paid by the customer. The returned item must always be sufficiently stamped. Returns with insufficient postage will not be accepted and therefore not credited. In the event of a justified complaint or defect, these costs will be reimbursed, this is at the discretion of FELIZ.
